Oscar Dominguez was born in Tucuman, Argentina,
in 1970.

After his academic training he moved to Faenza (Ra)
in 1999, where he lives and works.

His sculptures are enriched with the light and warmth of the earth, are poor in materials but know how to release strength and energy, passion and vigor.
Each work tells a path, a research in the history of myth, to come to tell about man, nature, life in an absolutely timeless space.
Oscar Dominguez has participated in numerous exhibitions and exhibitions including the Cairo International Biennial, Egypt (first prize), 2000; Cairo International Biennial, Egypt (guest), 2002; Rojo Tierra, personal at the Circolo degli Artisti, Faenza, 2003; Memory of the fuego, edited by J. Ruiz de Infante, Bagnacavallo, 2004; Donde pasa el rio, personal exhibition in Palazzuolo sul Senio, 2005; several personal exhibitions, in Tuscany, by the Galleria

Gagliardi, 2006; Bocas del tiempo, edited by Claudia Casali, Brisighella, 2007; Demora, edited by Josune Ruiz de Infante, Castrocaro, Forlì, 2009;
The silence of the wheat, ex Circolo degli artisti, Faenza, 2010; Pedes in terra ad sidera visus, curated by Claudia Casali, Banca di Romagna, Faenza,
2011 and Los nacimientos, Amerongen Castel, Holland, 2011.

In 2014 he was invited at the Biennale del Disegno, curated by Massimo Pulini, with an installation at the Museo della Città, Rimini.

In 2016 he took part in the great CERAMIX exhibition, from Rodin to Schütte based in Paris and the Netherlands.

Since 2012 he has been creating Land Art installations related to great architecture in Italy and abroad.

He is curator since 2003 of SPAZIO allo SPAZIO at the CONTEMPORARY Fair in Forlì-Cesena, where in 15 years he has hosted more than
a hundred Italian and foreign artists.
